tortellini in a cheese pan made with giant prawns combined with cheese
tortellini in an Alfredo sauce with basil and tomato cheese.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces Chive and Onion cream cheese
- 2 packages (9 ounces each) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen, small cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails off)

the package. Drain the water.
Then, meanwhile,
in a large non-stick skillet, add the butter, heavy cream and cream cheese.
Stir and simmer until the butter and cream cheese have melted.
Stir in the
Parmesan and garlic powder. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or
until it is thick and creamy.
Meanwhile,
run cold water over frozen cooked shrimp to completely thaw.
Add the thawed
shrimp to the Alfredo sauce in the pan. Stir gently.
Pour the
cooked and drained tortellini into the pan. Stir gently to coat the pasta and
