NO BAKE ENERGY BITES
This recipe
for energetic bites without cooking is easy to prepare, full of comforting
ingredients and irresistibly delicious!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp chocolate chips.
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (raw)
- 1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed meal.
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup toasted , sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
First, in a
mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract.
Then, add
the rest of the ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer the
mixture to the refrigerator or freezer and refrigerate until the mixture
hardens a little, about 30 minutes.
Remove from
refrigerator and shape into 1 inch balls.
Store in the
refrigerator in an airtight container.
