Keto Chocolate Mousse
This simple
Keto chocolate mousse is fluffy and soft and makes the perfect end to any day!
Sweetened with a little Stevia, you will avoid the sugar crash that generally
follows a sweet dessert like this.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- Dark Chocolate Chunks, for chunks
- 1 ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Sweetener of choice, stevia or swerve
Instructions
First, with
a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream with a whisk on
medium speed
Then, once
thickened, add the sweetener and cocoa powder. Mix again until firm peaks form
Add to a
piping bag and the hose in the glass of your choice
Serve with
