Instant Pot Hot Spinach Dip





The instant hot spinach dip is so delicious! It is creamy, cheesy, warm and comforting. Serve this fantastic artichoke and spinach dip in a pressure cooker on match day, at a party, or anytime if you want a delicious appetizer or snack.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Cabot Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

First, place spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, green onions, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in an instant 6 quart pan. Stir until homogeneous.

Then, select the manual setting; set the pressure to high and set the duration to 3 minutes. When cooking is complete, release the pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Stir in cheeses until melted, about 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
