CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE






The chocolate cake makes two wet chocolate cakes with hot melted centers. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make from scratch!

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • 4.5 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 strawberries 

Instructions

First, start by combining all your dry ingredients and pour into a microwave-safe cup.

Then, add the wet ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Pour 1 teaspoon of mini chocolate chips.

Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Garnish with the rest of the mini chips and strawberries.
