CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
The
chocolate cake makes two wet chocolate cakes with hot melted centers. This
recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make from scratch!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp mini chocolate chips
- 4.5 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 strawberries
Instructions
First, start
by combining all your dry ingredients and pour into a microwave-safe cup.
Then, add
the wet ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Pour 1 teaspoon of mini
chocolate chips.
Heat in the
microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Garnish with the rest of the
mini chips and strawberries.
