Easy Keto Ground Beef Casserole
Our ground
beef casserole includes hamburger meat, onions and peppers, is flavored with
tomatoes, spices, combined with pasta and garnished with cheese.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
First, preheat
the oven to 350 degrees.
Then, brown
the ground beef in a cast iron skillet, then drain the excess fat.
Add cream
cheese and stir until melted, then add beef broth, thick whipping cream, garlic
powder and salt / pepper.
Bring to a
boil and cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken, then reduce
the heat and simmer.
Once the
ground beef mixture thickens, add the two cans of green beans that have been
drained on top, then sprinkle cheese over the green beans.
Bake for 25
