Bake Snickers Cheesecake Cream Pie
The decadent
and silky Snickers cheesecake without baking will satisfy all of your dessert
cravings. The creamy cheesecake topping is sprinkled with chopped Snickers
candy bars and rests on a crust of buttery graham crackers.
Ingredients
Snicker
Cheesecake Cream Pie
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers (or more to preference)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Garnishes
- additional chopped Snickers
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
First, in a
medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps, make
sure the cream cheese is really soft or place in the microwave for 20 seconds}
.
Then, add
the vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combine.
In another
bowl, beat the thick whipping cream until stiff peaks form
Using a
rubber spatula, pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and mix
gently. Add the chopped Snickers and combine.
Spread in
the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight before
serving. Can be prepared up to 2-3 days in advance and stored in the
refrigerator until ready.
Optional
toppings: beat 1/2 cup thick whipping cream + powdered sugar and beat until
stiff peaks form. Spread or spread on pie and garnish with additional chopped
Snickers. You can melt chocolate chips in the microwave and pour chocolate over
the pie. Or use Cool Whip for something easier. Happy Cooking Time.
