EASY CHEESY BREADSTICKS
These are
perfect served as a snack or even with pasta! Don't count on leftovers because
I'm sure there won't be any!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 (13.8-ounce can) refrigerated classic pizza crust
DIRECTIONS:
First, preheat
the oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive
oil.
Then, working
on a surface sprinkled with corn flour, spread the pizza into a 12-inch
rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet or prepared pizza pan.
In a small
bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning.
Brush the
butter mixture on the surface of the dough in an even layer, leaving a 1/2 inch
border; sprinkle with mozzarella.
Place in the
oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has
