ASPARAGUS STUFFED CHICKEN







This quick, easy, and delicious asparagus stuffed chicken breast recipe is a perfect meal for your weekday dinner and requires only 4 main ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lb.
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 12 Asparagus stalks end trimmed
  • 1 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 400 F.

Then, place chicken on a clean cutting board and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Start cutting each lengthwise to create the pockets. Be careful not to cut completely.

Add 3 sprigs of asparagus and a few pieces of sun-dried tomatoes to a slice of mozzarella, then roll to keep them inside. Stuff the chicken breasts with.

Close the pocket with a toothpick. Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and sear until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Happy Cooking Time.
