Air Fryer Fish
Crispy Air
Fryer Fish is perfectly crunchy on the outside and light and flaky on the
inside.
Ingredients
- Oil to mist
- 4-6 Whiting Fish fillets cut in half
Fish
Seasoning
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup very fine cornmeal
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp old bay
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
First, combine
the ingredients for seasoning the fish in a Ziplock bag and shake. Put on the
side. Alternatively, you can use your favorite fish seasoning.
Then, rinse
and dry your fish fillets with paper towels. They should always be wet.
Place the
fish fillets in a ziplock bag and shake until the fillets are completely
covered with seasoning.
Place the
fillets on a baking rack to allow any excess flour to fall.
Grease the
bottom of your air fryer basket and place the fillets in the basket. Cook the
fillets at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Open the
basket and spray the fish on the side facing up before turning it over, making
sure the fish is well coated. Flip and cook the other side for 7 minutes.
Remove the fish and serve.
Happy
Cooking Time.
