Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
The garlic
butter steak bites with a creamy mustard sauce are the perfect aperitif to
serve at your next party or serve them for dinner with a few side dishes.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
First, heat
the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the steak with salt and
pepper to taste.
Then, place
the steak in the pan in one layer; you may need to work in batches depending on
the size of your stove. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden.
Repeat with the rest of the meat if necessary.
Add the
butter and garlic to the pan; cook, 1 to 2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat
with the sauce.
Sprinkle
