PEANUT BUTTER SNOWBALLS RECIPE
This peanut
butter cookie recipe is a nice change from the typical peanut butter and milk
chocolate combo. It's also an easy-to-use tool for kids.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- sugar sprinkles, optional garnish
- 3 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pound white chocolate candy coating or almond bark
INSTRUCTIONS
First, in a
medium sized mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter;
mix well.
Then, line a
large baking sheet with waxed paper and shape the dough into 1-inch balls;
place the balls on wax paper.
Refrigerate
the dough balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
In another
medium sized bowl, melt the candy coating according to package directions (I
usually use mine in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring each time, until it
is completely melted and smooth).
Dip the
balls and place them on waxed paper. If you wish, garnish the tops with sugar
nuggets.
Put the
balls back in the refrigerator to prepare them.

Cooking Time.
