Avalanche Krispie Bars
The
avalanche bars are partly krispie rice treats, partly peanut butter fudge and
partly white chocolate bark. These totally addictive bars are perfect for a tray
of holiday cookies or for an easy treat any time of the year!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 bags white chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip morsels
INSTRUCTIONS
First, melt
the white chocolate chips and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in the rice
krispies.
Then, let
cool to room temperature (about 10 minutes). Stir in the mini pieces and mini
marshmallows.
Pour into a
buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish, pressing lightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes, cut
into squares and serve cold.
