Nutella Banana Muffins Recipe
Banana and
Swirl Nutella Muffins: These classic banana muffins are deliciously swirled
with Nutella chocolate to create the perfect breakfast treat!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Cups of Flour
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups of Sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Cup Nutella
- ½ Cup Warm Water
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chip
- 4 large ripe bananas { mashed }
- 1 Cup Butter { room temperature }
Instructions
First, Peel
and crush the bananas.
Then, Cream
butter, sugar and eggs.
Add the
flour and salt to the cream mixture. Mix well. After adding these two
ingredients, the mixture will turn into soft crumbs.
Dissolve the
baking soda in warm water and add it to the mixture.
Stir in the
banana purée and chocolate chips.
Pour the
mixture into a half-full muffin pan.
In
microwave-safe bowl, cook Nutella in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until
thick but easy to pour. Pour 1 Tbsp of Nutella in the middle of each muffin
dough and use the tip of a knife to create a pattern with Nutella.
Bake at 350
ºC for 30 to 35 minutes or until muffins are cooked.
