Carrot Cake Overnight Oats







A full serving of vegetables at breakfast? SURE WHY NOT! This carrot cake at night will give you all that plus the delicious carrot cake flavors!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 T coconut shredded or flaked
  • 1/2 large carrot shredded
  • 1 T chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup rolled regular or gluten free
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple
  • 1 T raisins
  • Dash of sea salt

Instructions

First, Combine all ingredients in a container that can be sealed and mix well.

Then, Refrigerate during the night.

Enjoy hot or cold!
