Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
A full
serving of vegetables at breakfast? SURE WHY NOT! This carrot cake at night
will give you all that plus the delicious carrot cake flavors!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 1/2 T coconut shredded or flaked
- 1/2 large carrot shredded
- 1 T chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled regular or gluten free
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple
- 1 T raisins
- Dash of sea salt
Instructions
First, Combine
all ingredients in a container that can be sealed and mix well.
Then, Refrigerate
during the night.
Enjoy hot or
cold!
