BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC SAUCE







Broccoli to take away with garlic sauce is a good dish to enjoy with every meal. Served with white or brown rice, it's delicious and guilt-free, and it's easier than you think to emulate that restaurant flavor!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 batch of homemade stir fry sauce
  • unsalted white rice, for serving
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh garlic
  • 8 - 9 cups fresh broccoli florets

INSTRUCTIONS

First, In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons sesame oil and heat over medium heat.

Then, Add minced garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until garlic begins to brown.

Add the broccoli florets and the frying sauce to the pan and cook another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often, until the broccoli has the desired texture. Happy Cooking Time.
