Banana Bread Overnight Oats







Just like banana bread baked out of the oven, but with almost no effort, these overnight banana bread oats are a breakfast that will wake you - literally, as they wait for you in the morning!

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup oats, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 medium banana

Instructions

First, Crush 1 banana with a fork in a large bowl. Add oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, milk and cinnamon. Mix well.

Then, Pour the mixture into two jars of half a pint (1 cup). Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cut half of a sliced banana and garnish each jar with banana slices and a tablespoon of chopped pecans. Happy Cooking Time.
