PUMPKIN BLONDIES








Gooey Pumpkin Blondies loaded with butterscotch chips, white chocolate and pecan nuts.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

INSTRUCTIONS

First, Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Butter a piece of parchment paper and place in a 9 × 13-inch baking dish. Put aside.

Then, In large bowl, sift together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer. Add sugar and beat until frothy. Then mix the egg, pumpkin puree and vanilla. Slowly add the flour mixture and mix until everything is mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour into the prepared baking dish.
