Mint Chocolate Chia Pudding








If you have a great need for mint chocolate but do not look for a sugar overload, this chia pudding is the perfect treat for you.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao unsweet
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint for garnish
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or enough to your sweet-tasting

Instructions

First, Whisk all ingredients except fresh mint in a bowl.

Then, Add more milk if the mixture is too dry, add more oats if the mixture is too wet.

Divide into bowls or storage containers, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Garnish with fresh mint. Happy Cooking Time.
