LOW CARB PIZZA CASSEROLE
The Low Carb
Pizza Pan is a gluten-free keto pizza pan that contains all your favorite pizza
flavors without the carbs!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lb Italian Sausage
- 5 Cups Zucchini Noodles
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives
- 16 Ounces Low Carb Pizza Sauce
- 15 Pepperoni slices
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Red Onion chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Preheat
the oven to 375.
Then, Place
the zucchini noodles in a colander and add salt. Allow them to sit for 15
minutes.
After 15
minutes, place in a clean cloth and gently remove any extra liquid.
Meanwhile,
cook Italian sausages until golden brown, separating them with the end of a
wooden spoon while cooking.
Let the
cooked sausage drain the excess fat on a paper towel-lined plate.
Add
zucchini, sausage, onion, pepper, olives and pasta noodles to a 9 x 13-inch
baking dish and mix to blend.
Sprinkle top
with cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 20
minutes or until top is golden brown.
Allow the
casserole to cool slightly before cutting.
