BROWNIE BUTTER CAKE RECIPE
Brownie
Butter Cake - A thick brownie and a rich buttercake are combined into one
decadent.
Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
BUTTER CAKE
LAYER
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
Instructions
BROWNIE
LAYER
First, Preheat
the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then, Line a
5 × 9 "bread pan with aluminum foil and spray with a nonstick spray.
Melt the
chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown
sugar until all is well mixed.
Whisk in an
egg and stir in flour until smooth.
Pour the
dough into the bread pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from
the oven.
CAKE OF
BUTTER CAKE
First, While
the brownie layer is baked, in another bowl, whip the softened butter with the
sugar. Add the eggs one by one.
Then, Stir
in the yeast, then the flour, adding the fresh milk little by little until the
dough is well mixed.
Spread the
layer of butter cake over the brownie layer (the brownie layer will still be
hot).
Lower the
oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 28-20 minutes or until cooked
