Homemade Eggnog Pudding








This sweet and creamy eggnog pudding is the best way to use any extra eggnog from your holiday party! Top it off with sweet whipped cream and sugar cranberries for a festive and festive treat!

Ingredients
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • pinch salt

Instructions

First, Put the sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Using a whisk, incorporate the egg-nuggets and egg yolks until smooth.

Then, Set the heat on medium and whisk constantly until the pudding is thickened and covers the back of a spoon, about 5-8 minutes.

Pour the pudding into a medium sized bowl and place a plastic wrap over the top of the pudding. Place in the refrigerator to set, 3 hours.

Spread in four small glasses, top with cinnamon whipped cream and garnish with additional ground cinnamon, both optional. Or use it in your favorite desserts! Happy Cooking Time.
