Baked Chili Lime Salmon

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pound salmon

INSTRUCTIONS

First, Preheat the oven to 350 ° C and place the salmon, skin down, on a sheet of foil large enough to fold and cover the salmon.

Then, In a large saucepan, heat lime juice, honey, garlic and salt over medium heat.

Remove from heat and add cold butter while stirring to melt.

Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon and sprinkle with cumin, chili powder and lime zest.

Cover the salmon with a foil pouch.

Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the tenderloin. Salmon should be flaky and tender when finished.
