Tuscany Bread
Tuscan bread may be a light, tasty and refreshing version of bread BUT still features a unique flavor that creates it SOO delicious. Fresh lemon on top, top this whole dish with fresh tomatoes, creamy muenster cheese topped with spinach and pesto, lots and much of pesto!
INGREDIENTS
1 French baguette
a cup of pesto
2 cups loosely packed spinach
4 to six pieces of munster
cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1 small tomato, diced
a few slices of lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the pesto on the cut side. Add the maximum amount or as little pesto as you would like . Then sprinkle with spinach leaves, some tomatoes, then slices of cheese, sprinkle some more tomatoes on top of the cheese and sprinkle some cheese .
2.Place the bread under the grill on high power until the cheese is melted and begins to brown and bubble. Remove from oven and dig slices, serve with lemon wedges.
