 Spicy Sprouts Salad



Bean sprouts make a refreshing salad. Add a touch flavorer and you will have a bowl of dynamite! i prefer spicy food albeit sometimes i can not stand it.


INGREDIENTS

Soybean sprouts - 350 g

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Kashmiri red flavorer - 1 teaspoon

Garlic (chopped) - 1 teaspoon

Low-sodium soy - 1 tbsp

Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

White sesame seeds - 1.5 tbsp

Green onions (chopped) - 4

Indian green chilies (chopped) - 1


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat water during a large saucepan to a boil. Add bean sprouts and stir for 10 seconds. close up the warmth and let the sprouts sit within the skillet for 10 minutes

2.Drain the bean sprouts and put aside

3.In another skillet, heat the sesame seeds. Saute over medium-low heat for two minutes

4.Add remaining ingredients and cook for two minutes on medium heat

5.Pour this over the bean sprouts and blend well

6.Serve hot
