Chinese Salt and Pepper Shrimp
Shrimp Sauteed Salt and Pepper Chinese Style may be a delicious appetizer or snack with a crunchy and tender shell inside.
INGREDIENTS
300 g shrimp, clean
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 ginger segment, dig small pieces
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon. whole Sichuan pepper
shallow vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 onion , thinly sliced
1/4 fresh sweet pepper , chopped (optional)
1/4 fresh red chili, chopped (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cut the prawns and canopy with salt and ginger. quarter-hour backup.
