Cauliflower Tikka Gyros
Roasted and spicy cauliflower work great as a main ingredient in hot gyros. Cooled by a pleasant minty tzatziki. Delicious.
INGREDIENTS
2 cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons ground cilantro
2 teaspoons flavorer
1 cucumber
6 tomatoes
2 red onions
Mint bouquet
A bunch of cilantro
1 lemon
4 Pittas
10 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C / 356 ° F.
2nd step.
Break the cauliflower into florets, dig strips and place during a bowl. Add turmeric, flavorer , coriander, cinnamon, and a couple of tablespoons of your yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and blend everything.
STEP 3.

STEP 6.
For your raita, add grated cucumber, 8 tablespoons of yogurt, a couple of chopped mint, a couple of chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and vegetable oil . Mix everything.
Step 7.
Take your pitta bun, cut and place the tikka cauliflower within the pocket and pour the raita over it. Add the pickled onion, some chopped tomatoes, more raita and return.
