Wrapped Salmon Sashimi Rolls
This fun, healthy salmon roll makes for a healthy snack or a pleasant appetizer. Try it with miso sauce for extra flavor!
INGREDIENTS
Sashimi Rolls:
8 sheets of soy paper
6 ounces asparagus (160g)
1/4 cup grated carrots (64g)
1 avocado
4 spring onions
1/2 cup of natural sushi ginger
0.5 lb sashimi grade salmon
4 ounces of untamed crab meat
Miso Sauce:
2 tablespoons of miso paste
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1 Tb PB2 (groundnut powder)
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
6 tablespoons of water
INSTRUCTIONS
1.6-ounce asparagus sauce during a skillet over medium-high heat until tender and golden. Let it cool then dig 1/2 inch pieces.
2.Begin assembling each roll by placing the subsequent items within the middle of a sheet of soy paper. Leave a minimum of 1/2 inch of soy paper on all sides.
3.Fold each hand roll as you'd a burrito. In other words, fold rock bottom side up, then fold the left side over the roll of liner. Continue rolling from left to right until all of the soy paper is wrapped round the filling.
4.Prepare the miso sauce by adding the miso paste, chopped garlic, PB2, rice vinegar and water during a small bowl. employing a mini mixer or small fork, mix well. Add additional PB2 powder for a thicker sauce or more water for a softer sauce.
5.Serve!
