Chocolate cookies with walnuts
I love freshly baked cookies when the chocolate is melted and the inside is still slightly gooey. These cookies certainly do not disappoint.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of cake flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¾ cup of milk chop chips
- ½ cup) sugar
- ¾ cup of black chips
- ¾ cup of cocoa powder
- ¾ cup of nuts - chopped
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ cup of mini semi-sweet chips
- 1 cup of butter (cold)
- 1 ¼ cup flour

INSTRUCTIONS
First, preheat the oven to 375.
Then, in a stand mixer, beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the flour, cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until the flour is almost incorporated.
Add all the chocolate chips and nuts. Mix for a few more seconds.
Divide the cookie dough into 9 large balls.
Bake the dough balls at 375 ° C for 11 to 12 minutes.
