Mutter paneer
Mutter paneer may be a traditional curry from north India. the feel of the fresh peas is immune to paneer, but frozen is sweet too. It are often ready in only half-hour , and you will not miss anything, albeit it's vegetarian. function a curry entremots with naan or rice.
INGREDIENTS
oil
paneer 450g, diced
ginger dig 5 cm, grated
ground cumin ½ teaspoon
1 teaspoon turmeric
ground coriander 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon flavorer
chopped tomatoes are often 400g
200g (pod weight) fresh or frozen peas
garam masala 1 teaspoon
little cilantro
naan or bread or rice to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP1
Heat 1⁄2 inch (1/2 cm) of oil during a saucepan until it's shiny and paneer sizzles once you add it. Paneer fry until the sides start to brown. Don't overdo it because it'll melt, and take care because the oil will spurt out. Remove cheese and drain on paper towels.
STEP 2
Pour in oil, then reheat the pan, add ginger, cumin, turmeric, ground coriander and flavorer , saute briefly until the spices are sizzling. Add canned tomatoes, separate a spoon and simmer for five minutes. Add the peas and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then stir within the paneer and garam masala and season well. Serve with naan, bread or rice.
