 Hungover noodles



This quick and super tasty noodle recipe is ideal for when you are feeling a touch sad. it is a strong sauce where you toss hot vegetables and noodles, which you then serve with dish and condiment . Fold the recipe consistent with the ingredients you've got . Convenience during a bowl. "


INGREDIENTS

5 cm ginger

1 clove

2 tablespoons low-salt soy

3 tablespoons of rice vinegar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 Chinese cabbage

500 g fresh or frozen broccoli

250g medium sized egg noodles

200 g mangetout

4 large free range chicken eggs

olive oil

hot condiment , for serving


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Peel the ginger and garlic and grate finely during a large bowl.

2.Add soy , vinegar, vegetable oil , and a touch black pepper and stir to form a vinaigrette.

3.Chop and chop the cabbage and place it during a large saucepan of boiling salted water along side broccoli (cut the florets first, if using fresh) and cook noodles for about 3 minutes, then add the mangetout for one eleventh hour .

4.Drain everything well, then put during a bowl of sauce.

5.Fry the eggs during a large nonstick skillet over medium heat with a slice of vegetable oil until cooked to your liking (I like my eggs with light egg yolks).

6.Divide the noodles between bowls, put the eggs on top of every and serve with a sprinkling of condiment for that all-important addition.
