Vanilla Pudding Fruit Salad
Simply delicious Vanilla Instant Pudding Fruit Salad recipe, this salad is also good with fresh fruit or convenient canned fruit. The secret is to use dry instant pudding. It combines with the fruit juice to create a lightly sweet and rich sauce that coats every bite of the fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 sliced bananas
- 1 lime
- 1 can of tangerine segments 11 ounces
- 1 green apple, cored and diced
- 1 ½ cup blueberries
- 2 cans of sliced peaches, 15 ounces each
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1 can 15 oz pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ cup of purple grapes
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
First, zest the lime.
Then, drain one of the cans of peaches into a large bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the juice pudding mix.
Drain the remaining can of peaches, tangerines and pineapple chunks. (Juice is not needed for this recipe).
Add all the fruit and lime zest to the pudding mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
