CHEESY WALLEYE NUGGETS
This cheese walleye nuggets is a combination of the highest quality ingredients such as fresh and flaky walleye, cheese, garlic and parsley, and fennel, perfect for serving with your beloved family.
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs, beat briefly
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheddar
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 clove , chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon fresh fennel
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked goldfish
Vegetable oil for frying
Tartar sauce and ketchup to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
1.In a large bowl, add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, shallots, garlic, parsley, dill and pepper. Stir until it forms a thick paste.
2.Add the fish and stir until the fish are well combined.
3.Fill a forged iron skillet with about 1 inch high of oil. Heat until it reaches 375 ° F.
4.Roll about 1 1/2 tablespoons of fish mixture into a ball and slowly pour it into the recent oil. Repeat with remaining fish mixture until skillet is about 75% full. Let represent about 1 minute, until rock bottom is golden. Turn and cook, another 30 to 40 seconds, until golden brown.
