 Spicy Ginger Beef Stir Fry



Spicy Ginger Beef Stir-fry - tender beef sirloin with crispy ginger, green vegetables and an easy yet delicious Chinese-inspired sauce.


INGREDIENT

350 g (3/4 lb) beefsteak 350 g (3/4 lb) beefsteak

150 g (1 pack cup) snow peas (snow peas) 150 g (1 pack cup) snow peas (snow peas)

Two large handfuls of fresh baby spinach Two large handfuls of fresh baby spinach

1 teaspoon chili flakes 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Sauce:

5 tablespoons soy 5 tablespoons soy

2 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons of Chinese rice wine 2 tablespoons of Chinese rice wine

3 tablespoons soft sugar 3 tablespoons soft sugar

2 tablespoons corn flour / cornstarch - mix with 2 tablespoons cold water 2 tablespoons corn flour / corn flour - mix with 2 tablespoons cold water


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Freeze beef sirloin for half-hour in order that it's firm but not completely frozen.

2.Slice thinly over the grains.

3.Heat the oil to extremely popular during a large skillet or large skillet. Add ginger, dig matches and fry, 2 to three minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and let it run over the paper towels.

Add the chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds, then add the broccoli, chives and mangetout. Sauté briefly, then mix the ingredients for the sauce and increase the pan.

6.Boil and thicken briefly, then return the meat. Heat it for a moment or two, then add the spinach and switch off the warmth .

7.Garnish with a crispy ginger match and a touch chili flakes.

8.Serve with boiled rice or noodles.
