CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN SNACK CAKE







This Chocolate Pumpkin Cake is a light and fluffy chocolate cake flavored with pumpkin and cinnamon and topped with a drizzle of chocolate and almond butter. It's a perfect afternoon treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can (18-19 oz) brownie mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Pure pumpkin (no pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional
  • sprinkles, optional

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 ° F and line a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Then, combine dry brownie mix, neat pumpkin, flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda and vanilla in a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle and beat until combined. well mixed.

Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. Garnish with chocolate chips and sprinkle if desired.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick is clean when inserted into the center of the cake.
