Chicken Spinach Feta Burger
Chicken and spinach burgers are perfect for summer grilling. they're easy to organize and filled with flavor. i really like an honest beef burger, but am trying to find something to place in my summer grill rotation which will be a leaner, healthier but still delicious option. I found what i used to be trying to find with this burger.
INGREDIENT
2 pounds of chopped pigeon breast
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 shallot, finely diced, ¼ cup
1 cup crushed feta
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil , divided
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Place the bottom chicken during a large bowl. Add chopped spinach, diced shallots, feta, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil , salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it well.
2.Form 8 loaves of an equivalent size. this may structure 1/2 cup each of the mixture.
3.To cook during a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet over medium-low heat. Add the burgers and cook over medium-low heat for five minutes per side, or until completely cooked. Add more oil as required .
4.To grill outside, grease the grill with vegetable oil and add burgers. Bake for five minutes per side until cooked.
