Vegan Peanut Noodles
Easy vegan bean noodle recipe with vegetables, ramen, air fried tofu and sesame seeds. crammed with lime, coriander and fresh basil, crispy texture of cucumber and peppers. with garlic peanut sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Vegan spread sauce
3/4 cup spread
6 tablespoons soy / tamari
3 tbsp. syrup
2-3 large limes
5 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon red chili flakes or to taste
Vegetables and spices
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
1/3 cup basil leaves
1 cup grated red cabbage
1.5 cups of grated green cabbage
1/2 English cucumber dig 2 inch sticks (or 3 Persian cucumbers)
8 ounces of cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (or 4 mini peppers)
1.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
Tofu & Noodles
14 oz Non-GMO Organic Farm Tofu Block
1 tablespoon tapioca
sea salt to taste
8 ounces of rice ramen or soba noodles without seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the peanut sauce:
1.Beat spread , tamari, juice , syrup , chili flakes and garlic until soft and soft. Adjust the spices you wish and put within the refrigerator until needed.
Prepare tofu and noodles:
