Beef Kafta
This is a Lebanese Beef Kafta recipe made with hamburger , parsley, onions, and a mixture of Middle Eastern spices - perfect on the grill or on the stove.
ingredient
¼ cup of chopped parsley
1 small yellow onion, dig pieces
1 pound hamburger
2 teaspoons 7 spices
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon coriander
⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper to taste
Instructions
1.Place the parsley during a kitchen appliance bowl and beat until finely chopped, remove from heat and put aside .
2.In the same kitchen appliance bowl wont to cut the parsley, place the chopped onion into several slices and stir until finely chopped. Drain the onions lightly to get rid of excess moisture.
