Banana Cream Icebox Cake
The classic frozen cake may be a simple but delicious combination of cake and topping . It's even as delicious but even easier to prepare!
INGREDIENTS
2 packs of graham crackers
3-4 large bananas, sliced
1 cup of milk
1 3.4 ounce can French Vanilla Instant Pudding
4 ounces of sentimental cheese
½ 14 ounce can of sweetened milk
2 1/2 cups topping * see note
INSTRUCTIONS
1.In a large bowl, mix pudding and milk, set aside.
2.In another bowl, beat the cheese until smooth, then add the milk and beat again until smooth.
3.Add the pudding to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
4.Add ⅓ of topping to the bowl and gently fold everything.
5.Add the remaining topping and fold until blended.
6.Adding it a touch at a time makes it lighter than it's everywhere .
7.Spread a couple of graham crackers in a good layer on rock bottom of a 9x13 inch baking sheet,
Cover with banana slices and a couple of filling balls.
8.Repeat layers until all of the filling is employed , ending with the fill on top.
9.Cover tightly with wrapping and chill until able to serve, up to 1 day.
10.Store leftovers in an airtight container within the refrigerator for up to three days.
