Mustard Chicken Marinade
Chicken Mustard Marinade, another fantastic thanks to make delicious, tender chicken on the grill!
INGREDIENT
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons cocoa mustard
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lemon plus half a lemon, squeezed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Black pepper to taste
6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
1.In a large glass bowl (don't use a metal bowl), beat anything from white vinegar to salt. Stir in vegetable oil and pepper. Place the pigeon breast during a glass bowl with spices, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
2.Remove the chicken from the marinade, remove the marinade. activate your grill and lightly oil it. 3.Bake for about 10 minutes on all sides .
