Mushroom and French Goat Cheese Triangles


Fancy, but hassle-free, this easy chevre triangle is formed during a dumpling wrapper and crammed with ground mushrooms and soft French chevre .
ingredient
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
16 oz. Baby Bella's Mushroom
Salt and pepper to taste (I add 1 teaspoon salt + ¼ teaspoon pepper)
¼ cup of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
48 packages of dumplings
2 French Presidential chevre Palet de Chèvre (120 g each), dig small pieces (see note)

Instructions
1.Heat oil and butter during a medium skillet over medium heat.
2.Add the onions and saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, cook until tender and start to show golden and fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the parsley and stir to combine . Remove from heat and let cool.
3.Preheat oven to 375 ° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil. Set aside.
Gently brush the sides of the package with water. Place 1 teaspoon of the mushroom mixture within the center of the envelope and garnish with alittle slice of President Palet de chevre . Fold the wrap over the filling, pressing the sides with a fork to shut . Repeat with other wrappers.
4.Arrange the empanadas on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the highest of the empanada with oil.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on the highest oven rack until crispy and browned. you'll got to cook it gradually. Each large baking sheet can delay to 12-15 empanadas.
Serve.
