Italian Farinata Chickpea Flatbread


Farinata Italian Flatbread is that the most amazing chickpea flatbread made with just 3 ingredients. Crispy and delicious on the surface with the thickest center.

INGREDIENT
2 cups chickpea flour (plain flour or grams) (250g)
3 glasses of water (665 ml)
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt flakes
For decoration
coarse salt
olive oil

Instructions
1.Sift the chickpeas flour into an outsized bowl then add a pinch of salt (about 1/2 teaspoon of flakes of sea salt).
2.Add water gradually, shake to avoid lumps (there could also be several). Add vegetable oil and blend .
3.Cover the bowl with wrapping and let stand 2 hours (no got to refrigerate).
4.After resting, preheat the oven to 450F / 230C.
5.Grease a skillet, pizza pan, or baking sheet with vegetable oil (about 1 tbsp is sufficient). I used a 10-inch round baking sheet (there's enough dough to form these two sizes).
6.Pour batter into a 5mm or 1/4 inch thick (no higher) pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top. and crunchy on the sting .
7.Remove from oven and let represent 5 minutes before placing on the chopping board . Sprinkle with a touch sea salt flakes and chop. Eat hot!
