GRILLED BEEF MEATBALL KABOBS







Middle Eastern Meatballs (Kofta Kebabs) made in 15 minutes with authentic Middle Eastern spices, just like the ground beef kebab you love in restaurants.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • Tzatziki sauce, for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the grill to medium heat.

Then, in a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well combined. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. 
Thread the meatballs onto skewers.

Grill, 10 to 12 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times, until the beef is cooked through and no longer pink. Serve with a tzatziki sauce, for dipping.
