Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe








It's a simple yet tasty recipe where the noodles are sautéed with dried red chili peppers, garlic and lots of vegetables. Give it a try and it will surely satisfy your taste buds. Here is how to do it.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 400 gms noodles
  • 3 tbsp chili oil adjust as per taste
  • 2 tbsp any cooking oil of your choice
  • 1 tbsp vegan/ vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper adjust as per taste

Instructions

First, boil the noodles according to the instructions given on its package.

Then, combine the oyster sauce, chili oil, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok and add crushed garlic to it. Sauté for about a minute or until it becomes fragrant.

Add the sauce mixture and cook for a few seconds.

Finally, add the boiled noodles and the chopped spring onion. Mix until the sauce is evenly coated on each noodle thread. Sauté the noodles over high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve with your favorite Asian stir-fry.
