CHICKPEA FLOUR CRUST PIZZA


Gluten-free crispy pizza flour meal with fresh spaghetti sauce , mozzarella cheese and basil. Made entirely during a frypan and baked until very crispy and delicious. A healthier thanks to enjoy PIZZA!

INGREDIENT
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water at temperature
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1 cup ketchup (or pizza sauce)
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (or grated mozzarella cheese)
2 tablespoons of torn basil

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place the forged iron skillet within the oven for 10 minutes while heating. this is often one among the secrets of the super crispy crust.
2.While the pan is heating, add the chickpea flour to a medium bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and a whisk. still stir the flour, pouring in 1 cup of warm water slowly. Leave the dough on the table for a couple of minutes in order that it thickens a touch .
3.Once the pan is prepared , grease with 1 to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil . Enough to coat rock bottom of the pan. take care , the skillet gets very hot! Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the chickpea flour and beat gently.
4.Pour the bean paste evenly into the forged iron skillet. Listen for his hiss. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 12 to fifteen minutes. Until the sides start to show nice and golden and fresh.
5.After quarter-hour , remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the crusts with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Return to oven to bake, another 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and cheese melted.
6.Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Carefully remove from baking sheet and transfer to a chopping board . Slice and serve. Garnish with fresh watercress, chopped shallots or shredded fresh basil and luxuriate in !!
