RANCH BACON PEA SALAD





RANCH BACON PEA SALAD








You can make this Ranch Bacon Pea Salad before you start the fabulous main course, and it will wait patiently in the fridge until dinner is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped
  • 24 ounces frozen peas thawed
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen sweet corn thawed
  • 8 bacon strips cooked until crisp and chopped

Instructions

First, drain or dry excess water from thawed sweet peas and sweet corn on paper towels.

Then, add to a large bowl. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, 2/3 of the cooked bacon and 2/3 of the blue cheese.

Add the Ranch dressing and stir gently until all the ingredients are well mixed and evenly coated.

Garnish with the remaining bacon pieces and the crumbled blue cheese.

Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours before serving.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Always serve fresh.
