PARMESAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE
The chicken parmesan chicken casserole has chicken, pasta, tomato sauce and a crispy panko garnish to make a delicious Italian-inspired dish you will love!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
First, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, 3/4 cup parmesan, seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Put aside.
Then, place the diced chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan over the top of the mayonnaise mixture.
Place the mold in an oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve over pasta, rice or on its own.
