Easy Oreo Cannoli Cream Pie










Who doesn't like cannolis? The creamy filling is so delicious. Sometimes I make this pie with a graham cracker crust, which is so good too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Oreo crust 9" round
  • ¾ cup confectioners sugar
  • ¾ cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 ounces whipped topping - DIVIDED softened
  • additional mini-chocolate chips

Instructions

First, beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl with the whisk until smooth.

Then, add 1/2 of the whipped topping pan and beat until well combined.

Slowly stir in the ricotta and icing sugar until well blended.

Add the chocolate chips.

Spread the mixture in the pie crust.

Spread the rest of the whipped topping on top.

Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips.

Refrigerate 3-4 hours - preferably overnight if you can before serving. Happy Cooking Time.
