EASY FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT









Easy strawberry frozen dessert a perfect dessert in spring and summer for all strawberry lovers. This refreshing, creamy and frozen dessert made with fresh strawberries and a layer of crunchy Graham crackers, topped with Graham crumbs is very quick and easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 full sheet graham crackers)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups whole strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS

First, spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with a non-stick spray. Put aside.

Then, in a medium dish, combine the Graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press half of the mixture at the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan, save the rest for later.

Place the whole strawberries in a blender and puree for about 1 to 2 minutes until they are completely smooth. Put aside.

In a medium dish, beat the thick whipping cream 1 min at low speed, then at high speed, until firm peaks form, for about 4 min. Put aside.

In a large dish, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed until creamy, then add the condensed milk, vanilla and mashed strawberries and beat until well combined .

Add the whipped cream, beating until smooth.

Stir in the diced strawberries. Spread over the layer of Graham crackers.

Sprinkle with the remaining Graham Crumb Crumbs. Happy Cooking Time.
