CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING MOUSSE
Chocolate and chia pudding mousse is an easy and healthy dessert that satisfies all cravings for chocolate. It's a smooth, blended version of chia and chocolate pudding that you'll love.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (approx 400ml)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate chips (or 90 grams of dark chocolate)
- 4 pitted medjool dates
INSTRUCTIONS
First, combine chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl. Put aside
Then, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method or in the microwave. Add the chia pudding mixture and mix.
Add the chia mixture to a high speed blender with the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the foam to small cups and put in the refrigerator to firm, for at least an hour or overnight. Happy Cooking Time.
